Copy and print defaults can be set to black and white. Users
will have to manually switch to color if they have a color specific requirement. |

For individual devices, standard user/account codes can permit,
deny or limit the color access of users. However, walk-up black & white
copy jobs can be completed without having to enter an account code. Users
will be asked to input a code only if they choose to print in color. |
