Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins at 2:00AM (local time) on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November at 2:00AM (local time). These rules for DST became effective in 2007 due to a change in the U.S. Energy Policy Act of 2005; prior to 2007, DST began on the last Sunday in April and ended on the last Sunday in October.
Some Océ copiers, multifunction printer, and fax machines have internal clock & calendar functions designed to automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time according to the pre-2007 DST policy. For these machines, if the DST option is enabled on your equipment, your system clock will automatically change on the old DST date. Please note that there is nothing wrong with your Océ equipment.
You may choose to disable the automatic DST feature and manually adjust the time setting on your system's clock to reflect the new (and correct) time. To download specific instructions for your Océ copier, multifunction printer, or fax machine, please select the link below that corresponds to your model machine. For large format equipment, please see the last bulleted section about downloadable patches. |
