Email Support
Send us an email and include all of the information listed below. Please be as detailed with your description as possible, including the steps you have already taken to assess and/or solve the problem.

Before Calling or Emailing
Please include the following information in your email or have it ready if contacting us by phone:
  • Your Support ID
  • Your Océ machine model number and serial number
  • The title(s) and revision number(s) of the software you are using
  • The type of computer and operating system on which the software is installed
  • The exact wording of any error message(s)
In addition, when calling please arrange to have a telephone within easy reach of the affected PC and your Océ device. In describing a problem with software, please be as specific as possible. For example, it will help us to know what steps you have already taken to diagnose the problem, whether this has occurred previously, whether an error message was displayed, and whether you have made any changes (upgrades, registry edits, installations, etc.) to your system since its purchase.
