With true server-based print capture technology, Print Tracking from Sepialine captures every print and plot from any application to any print device. Unlike most cost recovery products that interrupt printing in order to enforce tracking, Sepialine software allows printing to proceed normally and yet still holds users responsible for their printing. When printing is complete, the Sepialine Desktop Billing Dialog prompts users to supply billing information from a list of fully validated billing codes, synchronized directly from customer accounting systems. Sepialine Print Tracking is 100% compatible with all versions of Océ Print Exec LT, AutoCAD, Microstation, Archicad, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and much more.

Capture the cost of your walk-up devices with Sepialine Copy & Fax Tracking. Easy-to-use touch screen terminals make it easy to log in. Sepialine's patent-pending workflow allows for a minimum of interaction at the terminal: users only need to enter a personal ID code to get started. Then, job billing is completed at the user's computer via the Sepialine Desktop Billing Dialog - the same billing interface used for Sepialine Print Tracking.

Océ Repro Desk Integration

Sepialine delivers the only Repro Desk tracking solution that integrates directly into the Repro Desk work order. Through our exclusive Repro Desk client plug-in, users see a lightweight version of the standard Sepialine Desktop Billing Dialog, which includes user favorites, auto-complete project searching and more. Sepialine aggregates Repro Desk printing data into the central Sepialine database, so that all office expenses can be reported from one place.

Océ Account Center Integration

|
With integration for Océ Account Center, you can capture not only all your TDS printing, but also your wide format scan-to-copy and scan-to-file activity. Sepialine integrates directly with Account Logic software - part of the new Windows XPe controller from Océ - to require user identification on the TDS scanner. When scanning is complete, users supply billing information at the desktop via the Sepialine Desktop Billing Dialog.
