Océ Scan Logic offers full speed scanning regardless of image complexity
while producing outstanding image quality. With Océ image Logic, scanned
documents maintain the quality of the originals, whether you’re scanning
text, text and photos, or photos, without requiring additional programming.
Documents can be scanned at 300 or 600 dpi and reproduced in 256 shades of gray.

Once a complicated process that required extensive training, scanning to digital
files is now a simple process that makes everyone more productive. With Océ
Scan Logic green button simplicity, scanning is as easy as copying or printing.
Users simply select “scanning” from the user interface, place originals
in the document feeder, highlight a scan profile, and press the green button.

Océ Scan Logic comes standard with the ability to choose your file
format type when you convert paper documents to electronic files. Users can
select from industry-standard TIFF format or scan directly to PDF format.

Once digitized via Océ Scan Logic, hard copies can be delivered to
a wide range of digital document management and distribution systems. Whether
you’re moving to a new more efficient document system or looking to incorporate

Unsurpassed Image Quality with Océ Image Logic
Because Océ Scan Logic is used with Océ VarioPrint 2000 and
Océ 3155/65 systems, the same automatic image quality enhancements customers
have come to expect from Océ apply to all scanned, digitized documents.
Océ Image Logic automatically “reads” each pixel on a the
original, optimizing image quality for text, photos or a combination of both.

Multiple Scan Profiles
System administrators can create up to 100 different user scan profiles, including
four default profiles depending on individual requirements. Scan profiles identify
where a scan can be directed and can also provide simple instructions for digitized
documents before they’re sent over the network. PIN codes can be used
to provide added security.
