Randy was promoted in December 2006 to his current position as Sr. Vice President, Human Resources for Océ North America. He is responsible for integrating the role of HR into the long term strategic business plans of Océ North America. Randy is an HR professional with over 30 years of experience. He came to Océ through the acquisition of Bruning, a division of AM International, where he was Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that Randy was Director, Human Resources with Savin Corporation. Randy began his career with The Quaker Oats Company in 1974 and gained increased responsibilities in both plant and HQ assignments in the areas of Employee Relations, Management Development and Training, Recruiting, and HR Planning. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
