Joseph Skrzypczak
President and Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned leader in both the public and private arena, Mr. Skrzypczak has enjoyed a steady progression of responsibility and success during a distinguished career with global companies. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Océ North America, Mr. Skrzypczak leads one of the largest direct sales, service and marketing businesses in the print and document management industry. The largest division in Océ, N.V., a Dutch public company, Océ in North America generates $1.6 billion in sales, employs approximately 4,600 people, and profitably serves the office, production, technical documents and display graphics printing markets.

Prior to joining Océ in 2006, Mr. Skrzypczak was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Imagistics International, a company which was spun-off from Pitney Bowes in 2001. Imagistics served the office, print room, education and public sector markets in the United States. Imagistics generated over $600 million in revenues and employed over 3,000 people in the United States, Canada and Europe. Under Mr. Skrzypczak’s stewardship, Imagistics achieved uninterrupted quarter-over-quarter growth in earnings per share and grew its market capitalization from $160 million in 2001 to $650 million at the point of sale to Océ, N.V. in 2005. Imagistics was a publicly traded company and its shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining Imagistics in 2001, Mr. Skrzypczak partnered in the leveraged buy-out of Dictaphone Corporation with a New York private equity firm in 1995, and served as a Director, Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer. A leader in the development, manufacture, marketing and support of integrated voice and data management systems and software, Dictaphone employed over 3,000 people in North America and Europe and had revenues of over $350 million. Mr. Skrzypczak played a central role in the turnaround of the company. During his two years as Chief Operating Officer, Dictaphone’s EBITDA doubled and its revenues saw the strongest growth in ten years.

Before joining Dictaphone, Mr. Skrzypczak was Vice President, Finance for Pitney Bowes Office Systems. He joined Pitney Bowes, Inc. in 1981 and held increasingly responsible financial and operational positions. Prior to Pitney Bowes, Mr. Skrzypczak worked in finance for Revlon and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Skrzypczak is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and a graduate of Fordham University. He is an active member of the Presidents Council of Fordham University, participates in the mentoring program and serves as Co-Chairperson of the Advisory Board of Fordham University’s Undergraduate School of Business. Mr. Skrzypczak is a member of the Danbury Hospital Board of Directors and its Finance Committee.
