As has been previously communicated, the Océ 9400 series printer which helped pioneer digital low volume wide format printing is no longer available from Océ. Therefore, service support and parts availability for the Océ 9400 system will end on May 31, 2010. However all key parts and supplies for your Océ equipment will be available throughout this period, and may be available beyond this time depending on demand and availability.
To support a seamless transition to the next platform, Océ has announced a customer loyalty promotion, which enables users with Océ 9300, Océ 9400 and Océ 9400II systems, to receive a $750 trade-in credit between now and December 31, 2010.
This trade-in credit can be used when purchasing any of the following Océ printers:
- Océ PlotWave® 300 printer
- Océ TDS700 printer
- Océ TCS500 printer
- Océ ColorWave® 600 printer
- Océ ColorWave 300 printer
