OcÚ Business Services' Workshops at MAILCOM Conference Provide Organizations with Document Process Management Best Practices and Success Strategies
OcÚ sessions examine approaches for boosting operational efficiency, containing costs and meeting other business goals

The workshops will spotlight how organizations can reduce costs, streamline their mail, information and records management processes as well as implement programs that promote environmental sustainability. To achieve these and other business goals, OcÚ experts will highlight the latest industry best practices, technology, career growth strategies and executive leadership principles.
As an example, one session focuses on improving quality control in mail center operations. This workshop will highlight why quality control is more important than ever, how to integrate quality control with existing processes and the differences between quality control methods such as Six Sigma, TQM and ISO 9000. Another session spotlights records and information management best practices as they relate to facilities management and mail services. Participants in this workshop will learn about current records management technology and key industry issues that professionals are facing in this arena.
This year's conference takes place in Washington DC April 15 18 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Mr. James P.
