Tonergel jetting

Once inside the system, Océ TonerPearls toner is converted into a gel

Imaging devices move across the media in swaths at high speeds jetting the
tonergel onto the media

Due to the toner's gel state, droplets stay compact even when jetted onto
highly absorbent media.

The result is crisp print quality without feathering
Solid Out -> Toner crystallization

A unique crystallization agent controls the time that the toner remains in
gel form after jetting onto the media

Once it bonds to the media, the toner crystallizes resulting in strong
adhesion with an even semi-gloss finish. This creates robust, waterfast
prints suitable for outdoor or heavy-duty use
