Deriving maximum flexibility from your Océ printer, particularly in regards to connectivity and processing of different data streams from different environments, is what Océ Multiple Resolution Mode (MRM) is all about. Building on Océ's Scaleable Raster Architecture, which makes it possible for one printer to process various data streams, MRM gives customers the ability to print all resolutions on the same printer (240, 300 and 600 dpi).
Depending on your applications needs, MRM is available in two versions: MRM Basic and MRM Advanced. MRM Basic allows 240 and 300 dpi resolution input data streams to be output on one and the same printer offering a simple means of processing in mixed data stream environments.
MRM Advanced allows users to accept all input resolutions (240, 300 and 600 dpi) and automatically identifies the resolution of the output to match. There is no manual switching required. Spanning the complete range of data streams and resolutions, MRM Advanced provides users with utmost flexibility and security for their investment.
